Dialysis Gear is a family-operated business focused on adaptive and comfort-focused apparel designed to support individuals managing dialysis and similar daily routines.

Shipping Information

At Dialysis Gear, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible. As a family-operated business, we appreciate your patience and support while we continue improving our operations and customer experience.

Shipping Availability

Dialysis Gear currently ships within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. As our business continues to grow, we may expand shipping availability in the future.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, inventory updates, or unforeseen operational delays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or operational circumstances outside of our control. Carrier delays may occasionally occur after shipment and are outside the direct control of Dialysis Gear.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once an order has been shipped.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment confirmation has been sent.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information during checkout.

Dialysis Gear is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery and handling become the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the damaged packaging or products so we can review and assist you promptly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and shipping method when applicable.

Changes to This Policy

Dialysis Gear reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
